Not a government site. Every record links to the government's own documents.

MuniScout Pro

Everything on MuniScout stays free to read. Pro is for the people who have to know what a city is about to do before it does it — land-use attorneys, site selectors, EPC and energy developers, government-affairs teams, title companies, reporters. Today that job is a junior opening one portal after another every week, or it is not done and you hear about the moratorium from the seller. Pro will be keyword alerts, watchlists, exports and an API across all 99 governments in the Valley. It is not open yet.

What Pro will be

AI summaries

What an item actually does, in a sentence, with the official document it came from beside it — so a packet you would have read for twenty minutes takes ten seconds.

Push Back Score

How contested a project is, from the record itself: how often it returns, how long it is argued, and how the votes fall. A number you can watch move before you commit.

Keyword alerts

Give it a word — a street, a company, a project, your own name — and get an email when it shows up on an agenda anywhere in the region.

Watchlists

Follow the cities, counties and school boards you care about, and the topics you work in, and see only what is new in them.

Exports

Take a search with you: the matching agenda items with their dates, governments, amounts and links to the official documents.

API access

Read the same records from your own tools, and from an AI assistant through an MCP server.

Priced by region: you pay for the region you work in, and more as coverage grows. Prices are not set yet.

Who it is for

Contractors and developers watching for the projects and bids that concern them. Real-estate and government-relations teams tracking zoning, incentives and votes across several cities. Reporters who cover more governments than one person can read every week.

If you only follow your own city, the free side of the site already does that: the meetings list and agenda search are open to everyone and will stay that way.
